HELP: Make a voiceless sex worker or sex trafficking victim’s words heard! Several members of our community would like to participate in the legislative process but are afraid to testify at hearings either because they are victims in ongoing cases or sex workers who fear the police. If you volunteer you will be given the written testimony of someone who is afraid to testify themselves and you will be asked to call in and give telephonic testimony or attend a meeting in person in Anchorage or Juneau to read the testimony.
