The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: Section 1. This act shall be known and may be cited as "Cecilia's act 2 for rights in the sex trades. AN ACT to amend the penal law, in relation to decriminalizing sx work; and to repeal certain provisions of such law relating to prostitution; to amend the criminal procedure law and civil practice law and rules, in relation to eliminating prior criminal records and making other related changes; and to repeal certain provisions of the criminal procedure law relating to the prosecution of prostitution offenses.
