Western Pa police chief faces - WTF - misdemeanor charges for patronizing prostitutes, tampering with and fabricating evidence, obstruction of administration of the law or other governmental functions and official oppression. The prostitution count for the female sex worker is punishable by up to a year in prison; the other charges each carry up to two years in prison.
