These tips are from sex workers for sex workers: The thing about self-care is that it is never one size fits all. Sex workers—those who offer services between consenting adults like companionship, intimacy, escorting, dancing, camming, and countless other sexual and nonsexual services—are as diverse a group as the general population, and their individual self-care needs can vary just as much.
