We just got notification that HB 112’s hearing today at 3 has been indefinitely postponed. If you think the Alaska legislature should hear HB 112, which will make it illegal for police to sexually penetrate or have sexual contact with people under active investigation, please email Representative Kreiss-Tompkins and urge him to schedule it in his House State Affairs Committee.
