ESSEX COUNTY JAIL Khalil Wheeler-Weaver, 20, is under investigation for the slaying of a teenage Philadelphia hooker whose burned body was left inside an abandoned building in Orange, N.J., WNBC-TV reported Wednesday. Sources told the station that law enforcement was actively investigating whether the suspect might be a serial killer.
